WHO ARE WE?

We are Studio Remi, an online store selling trendy prints, posters & apparel, inspired by your favourite trends and artists!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship almost entirely world-wide! We have multiple warehouses that we ship from across the world to ensure you get the quickest and cheapest shipping rates possible. Add items to your cart to see if we ship to your country & see your shipping rate.

DO YOU SELL DIGITAL VERSIONS OF YOUR PRINTS?

Absolutely! You can purchase a digital download of our prints by selecting both 'Digital Print' variants on the poster listing. Digital downloads are automatic and will be available through your account or emailed to you as soon as you've purchased.

I CAN'T FIND MY DIGITAL PRINT!

If you purchased a digital print, but can't find the download, try logging in to your account. If you still can't find it or it is sending you an error, send us a message/email & we will get back to you ASAP! Sometimes digital prints can get lost on their way over to you (technology...keeps us on our toes!)

I ORDERED A DIGITAL PRINT A WHILE AGO AND LOST MY FILE. CAN I GET THE DOWNLOAD AGAIN?

Yes of course. Digital Prints do not stay live on your account forever, so if you have purchased one previously and would like to download the file again, please send us an email with your order number and we can re-send you the file.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are printed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary by destination, but we expect 6-10 business days for most countries. If you're unsure or need something in a certain time-frame, send us an email and we will help you out!

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email once the order has been shipped.

THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER

If you find an issue with your print quality or your poster comes damaged, please email us ASAP and we will work with you to find a solution.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

We do not accept returns or refunds for orders as they are made-to-order for your specific colour & design purchase. We cannot do redeliveries for items returned to sender, as we house our products out of multiple warehouses near you to give you the best possible shipping price. However, if there is an issue with your order quality, or your order is lost in the mail, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify this!

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, BUT ONLY SOME ARRIVED

Sometimes when your order includes multiple different product types (i.e phone case & poster), they will be shipped in seperate parcels. This is because we run out of different warehouses for different product ranges and this is our cheapest and quickest way for you to receive your order! If your order is split into multiple packages, then you will receive multiple tracking numbers via email.
